My name is Mirosław Kumor, and I am a specialist in the field of aluminum-glass joinery.
My journey in this industry began in 1993, during a time when the window market in Poland was just beginning to develop. I started by working with PVC windows, but following
a friend's suggestion, I quickly transitioned into the aluminum-glass sector.

My first professional experience was gained at Katowickie Okna, where my career developed rapidly. The knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD gave me an edge at a time when most designers were still drawing projects by hand. This skill enabled me to participate in and lead some of the most challenging and non-standard projects, including the construction of multi-family homes, office buildings, and the demanding construction of the in Licheń Basilica.

The next phase of my career involved working for two companies, where I was appointed director. I was responsible for the realization of the Kopex and Hydrobudowa office buildings in Katowice. Later, I decided to start my own business, which allowed me to further develop my skills and discover that my true passion lies in solving complex problems.

Some of the most interesting projects from this period include the development of a kiosk window-opening system for SHELL gas stations, currently used by around 300 kiosks throughout Poland. I was also the first in the country to implement the fully automated Reynaers Hi-Finity door system in a project Dom pod lasem—the results of this project can be seen on Netflix. Another key project in my career was the "Origami House," which led to the development of the LightRoof skylight system.

Throughout my career, I have also developed several window installation systems, known for their high airtightness and excellent thermal performance.
Cooperation
As mentioned in the description above, I am an engineer specializing in project execution, but I do not have my own manufacturing or installation company. During the execution of orders, I collaborate with several trusted companies that are responsible for the production of joinery, and then, together with an installation company, we carry out the installation process. My role in this process is to oversee whether the product being created meets all aesthetic and technical standards. Additionally, it is my responsibility to find the optimal solution that meets the requirements and fits within the client's budget. Thanks to my extensive experience in challenging projects, I often take on ventures that others might shy away from.
